For our 2025 edition, we are looking for a talented, fun and enthusiastic team to help us create an unforgettable experience for our visitors. We’re leveling up the volunteer vibe - with community hangouts, volunteer-only benefits , and a fresh reward system. Whether you’re down to work and party, get a behind-the-scenes look at festival life, or just meet cool people, our revamped volunteer program is all about making your time with us unforgettable.

The roles:

We offer a variety of roles, so you can choose the one that suits you best:

• Construction team: transform the site into a vibrant festival space

• Entrance team: give all visitors a smooth and warm welcome

• Bar team: keep the drinks flowing in a fun crew of like-minded music lovers

• Logistic team: You’re the backbone of the bar crew, keeping the drinks flowing and the vibes high.

 

The Rewards:

All volunteers will enjoy free access to the festival and other community events. On top of that, you'll receive additional rewards based on the type of shift you choose.

- 1 shift (9 hours):  1x All in weekender Ticket , Crew shirt & 5x drinking tokens.

- 2 shifts (18 hours): 1x All in weekender Ticket , 2x Friends and Family half price tickets , 1x Crewshirt, 15x drinking tokens & 1x Backstage Access.

- 3 shifts (27 hours): 2x All in weekender Tickets , 4x Friends and Family half price tickets , 1x Crew shirt, 30x drinking tokens , 1x Friends and Family exklusive Merch & 2x Backstage Access.
