+ + + - Entrance 18+ - Bring your ID and ticket (digital or printed) with you. - Daytime goes from 13:00 till 22:00 and Nighttime from 22:00 till 09:00 -We recommend you to come early to avoid very long waiting times.

+ + + - Daytime is 13:00-22:00 at the HÈLOÏSE GREEN AREA ( DEICHTORSTRASSE 1-2 ) - 2 stages / timetable will be released in the week of the festival. - "Daytime only" ticket buyer can attend the Festival from 13-22:00 - Nighttime Venue will be announced this Sunday ! - Nighttime 22:00-09:00 - 2 floors / timetable will be released in the week of the festival. - We will have tickets at the door ( CARD ONLY ) - DAY&NIGHT ticket holder can attend from 13:00-09:00. - Re Entry is free.

+ + + - Bringing professional cameras to the festival site is not allowed. - We have our own media team for the festival coverage which will be used for marketing purposes. By attending to our events you are agreeing to those terms. - Feel free to film or take pictures with your phone but respect the vibe. Let loose, have a blast and dance. - Please handle your surrounding with care and respect. Any damage to the property will cause a criminal prosecution. - We do not tolerate any form of discrimination. - IF YOU FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE, SEE OR EXPERIENCE INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR AT ANY TIME, PLEASE CONTACT OUR AWARENESS TEAM OR OUR TEAM AT THE DOOR OR AT THE BAR.

+ + + - How do I get my ticket? Via our online shop and at the door ( CARD ONLY ) You will receive your ticket trough mail from Xceed. To ensure that ticket scammers don’t have a chance, please only buy tickets from Xceed. - What payment options do I have? We provide the following payment options: Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa), Google PAY, Paypal, Apple Pay - I can't find my tickets anymore/ I can't access my email anymore! No worries: we can resent it to your email address. Please send us a mail to info@theaos.de with your full name and your (new) email address. - Is it possible to refund tickets? No, all tickets are fundamental excluded from conversion and return. If you are unable to attend THE AOS FESTIVAL you can resell your ticket(s) via ticket swap.

+ + + - We have set up our own awareness team that you can contact at any time if you or another person is not feeling well. - They will also move around the site to be quickly available for you. - Alcohol & other drugs – know your limit - Watch your ears - Pay attention to each other - Take it easy – Take breaks - Consensuality: respect people’s boundaries and reflect your own behavoir - Get home safe – Take a ride

+ + + - CASH +CARD payment. - We have some delicious food for you with vegetarian and vegan options. - We have drinkable tap water at the toilet trailers. - Bottles from outside are not allowed. - It is allowed to bring along some fresh fruit.
