+ + + - Entrance 18+ - Bring your ID and ticket (digital or printed) with you. - Saturday Daytime goes from 13:00 until 22:00. - Saturday Nighttime goes from 22:00 until 08:00. - Sunday Daytime goes from 13:00 until 22:00. - You can only attend the nighttime event with the "ALL IN WEEKENDER" or the "NIGHTTIME ONLY" tickets. There will be no tickets at the door! - RE-Entry is possible during the event. - To re-enter the festival, you will have to rejoin the general queue, even if you have a valid ticket. Proof must be provided again that it is your ticket and where you purchased it. This is necessary for security reasons and to ensure a smooth and orderly flow of visitors. -Sunday daytime tickets will be available for purchase at the box office on site. - Please have your ticket ready when you queue at the entrance. + + + -DAYTIME The festival area for the daytime event is located at the Deichtorhallen in Hamburg. Deichtorstrasse 1-2. 20095 Hamburg - We recommend using public transportation to get there. The closest subway stop is U1 Steinstrasse . From there, you can reach the venue by foot in just 2 min. - If you are arriving by taxi or Uber, ask to be dropped off at Deichtorstrasse 1-2. - If you are arriving by car, please use public parking spaces, as we do not provide separate parking facilities. - At the Daytime Event we will have two floors, food corners, hangout areas, chill floors and many more to explore. - NIGHTTIME: - The nighttime event will take place at the PHOXXI Museum, right next to the open-air grounds ,the same address as the daytime event. Doors open at 22:00 on Saturday and the event will run until early Sunday morning. The venue will feature two floors, several bars, and chill-out areas throughout the space.

+ + + - You are permitted to bring small bags to the event. However, please refrain from bringing backpacks or large bags exceeding 10 liters in capacity (e.g. tote bags max). - You are allowed to bring a small umbrella, something warm to wear, etc. - The possession of drugs, glass, plastic bottles, cans, fireworks, firearms, and any other dangerous or otherwise prohibited items is strictly prohibited. Additionally, substances, food, alcoholic drinks, and animals are also not permitted to bring. - We have our own media team for the festival coverage which will be used for marketing purposes. By attending to our events you are agreeing to those terms. - Feel free to film or take pictures with your phone but respect the vibe. Let loose, have a blast and dance. - Please handle your surrounding with care and respect. Any damage to the property will cause a criminal prosecution. - We do not tolerate any form of discrimination.

+ + + - How do I get my ticket? Via our online shop and at the door ( CARD ONLY ) You will receive your ticket trough mail from Xceed. To ensure that ticket scammers don’t have a chance, please only buy tickets from Xceed or via our resell platform "Ticket Swap" - What payment options do I have? We provide the following payment options: Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa), Google PAY, Paypal, Apple Pay - I can't find my tickets anymore/ I can't access my email anymore! No worries: we can resent it to your email address. Please send us a mail to info@theaos.de with your full name and your (new) email address. - Is it possible to refund tickets? No, all tickets are fundamental excluded from conversion and return. If you are unable to attend THE AOS FESTIVAL you can resell your ticket(s) via ticket swap.

+ + + - We have set up our own awareness team that you can contact at any time if you or another person is not feeling well. - They will also move around the site to be quickly available for you. - Alcohol & other drugs – know your limit - Watch your ears - Pay attention to each other - Take it easy – Take breaks - Consensuality: respect people’s boundaries and reflect your own behavoir - Get home safe – Take a ride

+ + + - CASH +CARD payment. - Willis Sandwich will be serving up delicious vegan and vegetarian sandwiches throughout the day. - Bottles from outside are not allowed. - It is allowed to bring along some fresh fruits and small snacks.
